on my way to new orleans
Hello All sorry i haven't done much with this... just opened langosta lounge iour new vacation cuisine spot on the asbury park boardwalk we are heading to new orleans in march and want to experience all we can in a few days we want to support the community in the way we support it at home eating out and tipping well we also are interested in finding a true new orlean to show us around and give us a true experience from a local in my dream world i would love to spend some time cooking some great cajun recipes with a many generation new orlean.... any thoughts send them my way last bost most important with not much time and our only 4 days off this year so far how can we support the tragedy there in a positive way?
